Delivery Information

Delivery Fee

 

925gifts.co.za offers door to door delivery @ R100 on all purchases (assuming you live in one of the major centres around South Africa). If you do not live in one of the major centres there will be a delivery fee of R150. Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within South Africa at the moment but hope to offer delivery to other countries soon.

Please remember that we rely on third party courier services to deliver your gifts and, as such, errors may creep in from time to time. On these rare occasions, please do not hesitate to contact us (jayneturner@live.com) to help you track your parcel. 

 

NB! Delivery will only take place once payment has been received.

Orders must be placed before 12h00 on weekdays and anytime on Saturday and Sundays. For orders that are placed within these parameters, delivery will take place in approximately 5 working days. This also depends on delivery location, as outlying areas may take longer. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We cannot guarantee specific times. Normal delivery times for gifts delivered via courier are weekdays between 08h00 and 18h00.

 

Receiving Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, 925gifts.co.za will e-mail you with your tracking details and a Copy of your invoice.


With the shipment details you can track the shipment or contact the carrier for special delivery.


The courier company personnel will deliver the shipment to your doorstep.
